How do we work?

I do not believe in a 5 minute consultation, hand you a ready made diet plan and send you away. I emphasize on hearing you out via personal meet or video calls, understand your routine, medical conditions and everything about you before a plan is given to you. So its more sustainable and you are able to follow it well and maintain the resusts achieved forever.
